Bel libro, molto diretto ma leggermente triste(anche se l'argomento é tale ho notato che nel libro a mano libera c'era un modo diverso di argomentare la tristezza e la solitudine).

Ajahn Sumedho This book contains a collection of teachings of Ajahn Sumedho given to people who are familiar with the conventions of Theravada Buddhism and have some experience of meditation. Most of the chapters are edited from talks given during retreats for lay people or for Ajahn Sumedho's monastic disciples, so they require some careful attention and are best read in sequence.

Ajahn Sumedho Cittaviveka is a pali term meaning 'the mind of non-attachment'. Cittaviveka is also the name of Chithurst Buddhist Monastery in West Sussex, UK, the first forest-sangha monastery in Britain. The transcribed talks cover a wide range of subjects including the process of integrating Buddhism into the West, developing skilful means in practice and the relationship with a teacher.
